This website is built to collect as little as possible. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party services: every file is served from our own server.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours records each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and the browser identification your browser sends. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure, for example to spot errors and attacks. This is our legitimate interest under GDPR article 6(1)(f).

The logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. They can also be part of our server backups for as long as those backups are kept. We never use the logs to identify visitors and never share them, unless the law requires it.

The server is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, inside the EU, who acts as our data processor.

When you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and message to answer you and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice the work. Our email is provided by Google Workspace, who processes it on our behalf. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose, and accounting records for as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to or restrict our use of it. Just email contact@info-matic.net. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
